The transactions decide many hard cases: two suppliers with the same name and different verified bank accounts stay apart; two with the same VAT ID and shared invoices merge. Because the transactions sit in the same bed, they are on the proposal, live.
A cluster with many records opens as a grid: one row per source record, the match scores between them as columns, a proposed split into groups, and the transactions per group. The steward drags rows between groups, and the grid shows the golden record each group would produce. Approve applies the split as one decision.
The grid is the same high-performance grid used everywhere, so a cluster of a thousand records behaves like one of fourteen.
Pairs above the merge line merge automatically; fixes of a type that stewards approve consistently can be allowed through, per action type, and taken back. The AI-assisted page explains the ladder.
Yes. Proposals are assigned by rule (source, region, category) and can be reassigned; the log records who decided.
Unmerge restores the source records with their history; the decision and the reversal both stay in the audit trail.
Bring two systems that hold the same customers, suppliers or materials. In one working day we connect them, run the match on live rows, review the queue with your steward and publish the first golden view with its API.
